The Curious Case of Benjamin Button

The relationship between Benjamin and Daisy, that was the heart and soul of the movie, and yet, I don’t know why they were in love.  I don’t know what kept them apart or together. And for the most part, Benjamin’s peculiar chronology didn’t seem to be a factor.

Knocked Up

My favorite part of this movie is the “Fantasy Baseball League” scene.  For those who haven’t seen the flick in a while,  it’s where Debbie  (Leslie Mann) is convinced her husband Pete (Paul Rudd) is cheating on her .  She and Alison (Katherine Heigl) follow him to catch him in the act only to discover, he’s been lying about being in a Fantasy Baseball League. This scene is what the movie, Knocked Up could have been throughout.  It’s hilarious and true and perfectly highlights the conflict Debbie and her husband’s marriage.
